CORONAVIRUS: COVID-19 and Hillam PC Meetings

Parish Council meetings must now, by law, be held in person in a specified location.  We would still encourage residents to comment and ask questions by email for the time being, rather than attend the meetings; the PC does not want to encourage more people to gather than is absolutely necessary.
